We, Refractories & Chimneys Construction Company Limited, hereby committed to develop, construct, deliver and apply for new chimney construction, existing chimney repair works, refractory work for new and repairs, to meet or exceeds the quality requirements and specifications cited in all matters of engineering, procurement and construction.

To achieve the objectives of quality policy, the management ensures that:

  • The quality management system complies with BS UN ISO 9001:2008 is fully implemented and maintained at all levels in the organization.

  • Customer requirements are understood and met at every sphere of activities and all works are consistently carried out in the defined standards and procedures.

  • Customer satisfaction is assured with the aid of effective communication and customer feedback.

  • All our employees are aware of their responsibilities within the quality management system and continually strive to improve the overall quality and services.

  • Employees are tailored with adequate training to achieve quality craftsmanship in the required field with the aim of delivering defect free services.

  • Safety is always at par with the quality excellence, by promoting ergonomic work practices and by creating safe working environment to ensure safety of all our employees, the subcontractors, the owners and the visitors at all times.

  • Subcontractor’s services are measured and met with our quality requirements and applicable standards.

  • The quality management system and its policies are reviewed at regular intervals for improvement.
